BOOKING SESSIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Subscribers are responsible for booking sessions in advance. When plans change, subscribers are responsible to cancelling their session 24 hours in advance of the session time. Booking and cancelling sessions can be completed using the free ELESVEE app on any smartphone. If a cancellation is not cancelled and the subscriber does not attend, that session will be considered used within their level of subscription.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RIGHTS
We ask that you give ELESVEE the right to photograph and/or video portions of your sessions. When posting photos or videos online or in any other media, we will not tag your image or identify you by name on any site or publication.
We do not share your contact information or personal data with any company, organization, or individual.
Our sessions are personal and private. We do not allow visitors to any sessions at any level. The trust and confidence between individual singers within our group sessions must be maintained. Inviting family, friends, or observers is a distraction to all subscribers. We will schedule appropriate times when we can truly welcome family and friends to tour the studio and listen to recordings produced here.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, and TRANSFERS
Because all sessions are paid for at the time of service, we do not offer returns or refunds except for acts of God. If weather or other natural disasters prohibit attendance as a whole, we will offer makeup sessions so that your subscription can be fulfilled as planned.
